While Society awakens to their marvelous Monday, Most reach for their Go to  Sugar packed energy drinks with unrecognizable ingredients that they swear by, only to question why they still maintain that sluggish gate.Another centuries old method,that can cure most ailments that range from Fatigue to weight loss .Including, many other cure all's in-between.Creating Your own Elixir of Life is easily attainable with a little forethought and patience.

Materials Needed:

• Large Carafe or Mason Jar 
• Medium sized bowl
• Saran Wrap or Cheese cloth
• Spring or Purified Waters
• Corresponding Crystals of  Intent

Crystal Recipes:

• Concentration - Agate, Apatite, Fluorite, Quartz Crystal
• Stress - Quartz Crystal, Rose Quartz, Amethyst
• Physical Attraction: Emerald,Rose Quartz,Tourmaline
• Weight loss - Apatite, Quartz Crystal, Botswana Agate, Red Jasper
• Energizer- Quartz Crystal, Citrine, Moss Agate Or Amber
• Insomnia - Aragonite, Rose Quartz, Black Tourmaline
• Skin rejuvenation - Amethyst, Agate, Red Carnelian
• Stamina - Red Carnelian, Red Jasper, Topaz

Once you've Established your personal intent and have all of your materials in place,Its time to create your Elixir of Life!

Instructions:

• After you've Cleared your Gems of any Negative Energies(see Cleansing Crystals Post)
• Clean all your Materials Properly
• Place your Drinking Glass within the Large Bowl
• Fill your Drinking Glass to brim & your Bowl-half way- with Purified or Spring Water
• Carefully place your Crystal Ingredients within your Bowl 
• Cover Crystal Bowl and Drinking Glass with Serane wrap or Cheese Cloth
• Allow 24 hours of Moon and Sunlight to Correspond with Elixir
• Enjoy within 1-2 Days as the effects will start to wear off

For a Faster Option,You can place your Gems inside your Drinking Bowl for 2 to 3 hours, if you are Low on time and you are Absolutely Certain they are Free of Any Germs.

Another alternative to the Elixir of Life Usability is referred to as  'The Mother Essentials' This is for those who are on the move and need a Quick Dose of Elixir!

Materials: 

• Glass Dropper (50 ml or ca 1,7 oz) preferably with a Darker colored Tint
• Ready-Made Crystal Water
• Organic Liquor of your Choice

Instructions:

• Fill your Dropper about half way with an Organic Liquor of your choice
• Fill the Remaining half of the Dropper with your ready-made Crystal Water
• Allow both Liquor and Crystal Water to Blend Evenly with a few shakes
• Place about 3-5 drops under tongue and apply as needed

Your Elixirs of Life are meant to be a Daily routine just as the Daily stop to your Local Convenient store is needed.In order to see last results for your pending ailments or condition. You should drink at least three glasses of gem water per day for at least two weeks. This is to ensure the energetic Make up that is stored within your Miracle gems and crystals can be synthesized into your own energy code.
