Say Goodnight to that Anxious mind.




No matter who you are,You've dealt with your fair of anxieties. Some of us more than others. Here's a Goodnight to the Anxious Mind Remedy.






Materials Needed:

  • Dried Chamomile Flowers
  • Dried Lavender Buds or Lavender Essential Oils
  • 1 cup of Bath Salt 
  • 3 in. Handkerchief or any Breathable Fabric
  • 1 rubber band or string

Draw yourself a hot bath and visualize gold water filling your bath. Visualize yourself relaxing by the Golden Springs of tranquility and peace take a hold of everything you cannot.

Feel your stress decreasing as you place the Chamomile and Lavender  into your Handkerchief. Place all of your worries into this bag and tie the top. When your bath is 3 quarters of the way full,place 1 cup of Bath Salts into your bath allow your Golden Water to envelope the salts to distribute evenly. Once your Bath is ready to enter,place your herbal bag into the bath as your final goodbye to your active mind.Take a deep breath and state your positive affirmations such as: Peace,Calm,Love.


Once you enter your bath of Positive reassurance think nothing of your stressors,only focus on remaining present. Feel yourself trusting in the golden water and allow yourself to relax.

Once complete,If you still find yourself drifting back to your troubles.Focus on all of those stresses being banished as the water funnels down the drain.Be sure to drink at least one cup of tea or water and cozy in for the night.
