       As we travel through our Terrestrial life ,common questions tend to arise. The most vital of the questions,"Who am I?". You can read many books and consult many theories of this question to find different philosophies.However, I've found one major common denominator between these philosophies,Religions and Pure Sciences.One fact stands,Regardless of how we choose to express ourselves,Who ever we are outwardly,at the root of everyone's soul we are a complexity of energies.So much Energy in fact,that within every human being,there is enough atom energy to supply Twenty cities with more than one million residents with energy.

Once this fact is accepted as truth the next question typically leaves us asking, "If I'm made of Energy,Wouldn't I feel Electricity?" The answer to this question is YES. It is easy to not notice something we've felt since child birth,The true test comes when we are called to notice that of what we can no longer feel. Emotional blocks that lend a hand in Physical blocks that ultimately results in a regression of our  over all happiness.

Rooted in the Sanskrit word,Chakra, means "wheel" ,you can think of these Chakra's as a circuit breaker that is believed to be energy points in the the body. Chakra's are believed to be part of the subtle body, and as such, are the meeting points of the subtle energy channels that are believed to connect our bodies to our vital life force (Driving power or Will).Our body contains numerous Chakra's,although there is Seven Key Focus points.These key Chakra's run in and out of the human body from about 2-3 inches from the bottom of our feet and 2-3 inches out of the apex of our heads.All of these Chakra's maintain different functions,reminiscent of our organs. Each of these Chakra's are  connected with their own identifying colors,locations,and issues if not properly attended to. Below I've listed the seven main Energy Chakra's with a brief descriptions of their functions,where you can find these Chakra's and adverse reactions to the Neglect versus's Respect of these Power Cords that maintain us in everyday life.

1. Root Chakra :

• Location: Base of spine in tailbone area.
• Proper function: Feeling of being grounded,Stability. 
• Adverse Functions: Overwhelming feeling of uncertainty based on Survival issues such as financial independence, money, and food.

2. Sacral Chakra  :

• Location: Lower abdomen, about 2 inches below the navel and 2 inches in.
• Proper Function:Ability to connect and accept others and new experiences.
• Adverse Function: Feeling incomplete within your well-being, pleasure, sexuality.

3. Solar Plexus Chakra  :

• Location: Upper abdomen in the stomach area.
• Proper Function:Supports our sense of Confidence and  control of our lives.
• Adverse Function: Lingering doubt of Self-worth, self-confidence, self-esteem.

4. Heart Chakra :

• Location: Center of chest just above heart.
• Proper Function: Allow us to feel to love.
• Adverse Function: Limits our sense of Love, joy, inner peace.

5. Throat Chakra :

• Location: Throat.
• Proper Function:Supports the ability to communicate.
• Adverse Function:Stunts our  Communication, self-expression of feelings, the truth.

6. Third Eye Chakra :

• Location: Forehead between the eyes. (Also called the Brow Chakra)
• Proper Function: Allows us to think  beyond ourselves
• Emotional issues: Restrict Intuition, imagination, wisdom, ability to think and make decisions.

7. Crown Chakra :

• Location: The very top of the head.
• Proper Function: Ability to fully connect spiritually
• Emotional issues: Negatively effects our sense of  Inner and outer beauty, our connection to spirituality.
